Working with a fitness trainer was the only way I knew I'd workout. I am not afraid to say, I hate working out. There's nothing about it I enjoy, to be honest. However, upon working with my trainer, I began to actually enjoy fitness and working out. Tyler is AMAZING. The man is an encyclopedia of health and fitness knowledge. He instantly answers my on-the-fly questions like: "do they have a stretching exercise for . . ?" and will always show me how to do an exercise, even if I ask him to repeat it several times. On our off-days, he emails homework assignments and words of encouragement.

I am trying to get on a good workout plan before the holidays start, and begin gaining weight like I typically do. This option was the best for me, being that I am very busy and time is scarce. With a trainer, you have an appointment, and you know you'll be getting your workouts in, no excuses. Also, the guidance of certified trainer makes it so that you are performing exercises correctly, thus yielding faster results. I've been trying to lose some weight here before the holiday season hits, knowing that I typically gain at least ten pounds during the season. I figured a trainer could help me get a good head start. Not only have I lost the ten pounds, but another four as well. The results have been great, and the routines are actually fun. As I have gotten older, I have gained weight and just don't feel or look the way I use to. I needed to lose the weight, get my waste size down, and feel as energetic as I once did.
